Did I decide that if I ran out of candy on Halloween night that I would be creative with a solution?
Did I think that I could just start handing out stuff from my house that I no longer wanted? Wouldn't that restrict me to items no bigger than the Halloween sack or bucket? Doesn't that sound fun? What could I hand out (in pretty orange tissue paper) ?

Hmmm, may I think this over? How about an old manuel can opener, or an old and ugly picture frame, canned veggies, old fridge magnets, stuffed toys that collect dust, would that work?

Was it good for the Trick or Treaters that I did not run out of candy? Wouldn't that mean that the children only got treats from me, no tricks?

Shall I start a monologue for you? Did you hand the kids your stapler when you ran out of candy? Or were you nicer to them than that and gave them coasters instead?

Maybe I should start asking "To be or not to be?" "That is the question. Whether it is nobler........?" Did you ask for a monologue or a soliloquy?
