Sounds like good advice thanks. Don't like the hooker idea. Does anybody know anything or could anybody tell Me about adultfriendfinder. This sounds like a good idea but how do I prevent getting stds or does this site have rules towards people hafting to report this. Sex for fun sounds like a good idea. I agree I probably amnot ready for a serious relationship. Does anyone have any suggestions on how long should wait before trying to get into a serious relationship again? I think because of the no sex for 3 and a half years it probably was over then I just couldn't see it.

You know finding casual sex is not that difficult. During my divorce I had my "babysitter" my brother introduced me to. Ahh the summer of debauchery.

So far as waiting you either have to understand yourself to understand when you have healed or find a group or a therapist. Even though I have no liability for my advice I would not be comfortable as an accountant counseling you. What I am willing to say is don't buy into X amount of time and I will be ready. You may be ready in a week and you may go years still carrying the scars to the point you are not functional. First be true to thy self.

make sure anyone you have sex with has been tested recently, and use condoms/gloves/dental dams.

not 100%, but better than nothing.

I think that if prostitution was legal and controlled like in Vegas everyone would be happier.

sex is important. it's not something that should be used carelessly but it should not be made to seem like its all unicorns and rainbows either.

if you are bad at anything else in life you take a class and get better. why should sex be any different?

Common misconception - prostitution is legal in Vegas. It's not.

It's legal in the state of Nevada, but illegal in Clark County, which is where Vegas is. You actually have to drive about an hour out of town to get it legally, and it definitely ain't cheap. They're independent contractors and negotiate their own prices. Last I heard, it was at least a couple hundred for missionary with no extras, and that was almost 10 years ago.

They have a gift shop, too.
