Way to go, Walter! Did you meet your goal in your desired timeline?

I'm down another 3lbs this week so I'm updating the thread title -- anyone else have updates for our thread title?
Congrats on the 3 pounds!

Well I didn't hit 170

But I did hit 169

I feel good about that, but I'm a little concerned because with basketball starting I'm not sure if my routine is going to be as consistent. I'm setting my next goal to be at 164, but even in a best case scenario I think that will take me months.

BOY am I late in responding to this -- YIKES!

WOO HOO on getting down to 169!!!

How's maintaining / losing more going for you so far?

I'll update the thread title btw, though I have nothing to add of my own...I've been holding steady at 30lbs lost but I can't complain after how I ate while I was on vacation

I think I've hit one of those points where with not having a whole lot of fat left to lose it is tough to keep going down in pounds. I think one day I might have been 168.5, but then the next day the scales looked steady at 169 again, but at least I'm maintaining.

WOO HOO!!! I will update the thread. Way to go on an awesome accomplishment. If you are comfortable doing so it would be great and inspirational if you'd post before and after shots (though I fully understand if you'd prefer not to).

Welcome to the Group!
