no picture, unless they have a reason--like a DEA agent, principal at an elementary, etc, come on!!! something is not kosher. this has been my experience.

no pic for me until I know who I'm corresponding with. Personal reasons stemming from my x to unwanted attention in my community. I understand the frustration, I question why others don't post pics as well.

I'm going to chime in and say my general philosophy is, no picture, no response from me. However, I will ask for a photo before I close the match, if by the profile statements, the man sounds like someone I'd like to possibly get to know.

I mention this because when I signed up, I had about five men close the match and their reason was "no photo posted." Well geeeezzzz..I had just signed up. And when I signed up I took three days to complete the questions. On day three, I finished and uploaded pics which didn't actually get approved and posted by EH until another couple days had passed. Give me a minute, please? LOL

So just a thought, maybe wait a week or so and ask for the pic before closing the match. What if you missed out on THE right person for you by being impatient? Just a thought.

I believe there's an option to post back to those that have closed you that you now have pictures. It's up to them, though, on whether or not they reopen your match.

Yes, there is...just wanted to point out instead of someone closing it immediately, give it a week or so. What's the hurry you know? Unless by statements in the profile it wouldn't matter what the person looked like. LOL

I usually give it 4-5 days myself, then (assuming she still doesn't have pics, I'll close it with the "no pics" option. If she then adds them later and wants me to re-open, I probably would).
