We are here for you Grandmato Six. Keep us up to date on how you are doing.

Cyndi, you are superb in keeping up with the site. You go girl.

I'm in prayer for emotional healing from my most recent relationship. Going through the stages of loss when I received the "close-out" package from him today. I just want to forget him, but I suppose I may need to forgive him too. I also need to forgive myself from allowing me to get all bamboozled by his false promises. I had protected my heart all of my life and let my guard down once only to get snagged in the turbulence of disappointment. However, it is nice to know that God is walking with me through all of this.

My grandmother just had a brain tumor removed on Monday the 27th of July. We are still waiting on the path report to find out if it is malignant or not. The Dr.s prognosis is that it is malignant. However, my grandmother has been doing well having conversation, sarcastic jokes, and commenting on her new haircut.

There's a lot of issues within my family that revolve around my mother. Basically, she has/is causing a lot of dissension and false testimony against each family member.

My prayer is that the truth will indeed come out to all who are seeking it. I am also praying to maintain a right attitude with my mother.

Thanks for praying with me.

Jenn,

I will pray for your family that you may all find healing for the physical, spiritual and emotional wounds. I also pray specifically for you that you will feel God's strength and guidance in dealing with your mother.

Even though my grandmother's brain tumor was malignant, the Doctor's were able to remove it all. It had not invaded the brain at all but was just outside of the membrane that protects it.

My grandmother went through her first week of chemo to make sure that it doesn't come back. She's doing well, a true fighter and still as stubborn as all get out, but a little more tired.

This is how the Lord saw fit to reunite me with my maternal side. I have two uncles whom I hadn't seen for 20+ years. I know that one is unsaved. I would greatly appreciate your prayers for him even more than for my grandmother. For the Spiritual is much more important than the physical.

Bubby is doing well. This upcoming week (10/5/09) is her last week of chemo for about a month. If everything is clear upon the check up, she is done with chemo. Pretty remarkable for a 79 year old woman who had a brain tumor! Thanks be to the One who hears every request we bring to Him!
