My profile seems to have the wrong gender! Is there anyway to change it?

Call CS and ask them if they can do it for you. As far as I remember, that is a question qhich gets only asked when you are creating your profile only. Unless, you are talking about your eHA profile. If you go to your profile, you can change it there ...

Are you asking about your eHarmony dating site profile? The gender on there is set at the very beginning when you first sign up. If you have checked the wrong box then you will have to contact Customer Care and request that they correct that for you. You cannot do it yourself. I would recommend that you call instead of e-mailing.

If you are asking about your Advice profile you can change your gender under your Account Settings > Your Profile > Edit Profile.

Ask a profile surgeon...not sure if insurance will cover it though.

If you are referring to the sex in the eharmony dating profile then you have to call customer service. But you need to match the billing info because if a customer say paid for a year, found her dream after 3 months and wanted to let her brother use eharmony she couldnt because sex cant change...she could let a girlfriend use ot...but...it is illegal to do that and a violation of the contract rules.
