This is a bit interesting. I have only clicked on the What If? a couple of times but when I clicked on the Maybe Later button a message told me that I may never see that match again and was I sure that I did not want to communicate with them now.
Actually what it says (as I recall) is that it may be a long time before you see them again. That implies, of course, that it may not. In my case it was not.

If after only using the What If? for a short time you are getting your Maybe Later matches showing up again that would tell me that you have exhausted your pool of What If? matches.
I realize that, and have no problem with that. I still don't want to see the old ones that I already declined over and over, though. I'd rather just have it tell me I've exhausted my supply. Just saying it's weird for the options to be "yes" and "maybe", without a "no" option.

usually a few days after i view my What If matches, they start showing up in my regular matches. it's become, "what if ... you saw these a few days ahead of schedule?"

Ha! Yes, I've noticed this happens with some (though not all) of them. If all of them did that I suppose it would solve the problem, since I could archive them as soon as they became regular matches, and I'd no longer have to see them in "what if?" over and over. For now I'm continuing to just initiate conversation and close immediately for the ones I don't want to see again. Until there's a way to archive or close directly from "What if?", that seems to be the simplest way.

Not sure how I feel about this feature. I've noticed that if I request to start open communication with a few people from what if then I don't seem to get delivered any additional matches. In fact, it's been a few days since I've gotten any new matches even though I've only recently rejoined and retook the questionnaire and got different results. So in theory I should be drawing from a different pool than before.
