In the pictures, you only saw the back of the partner, so I'm not sure potential dates would worry about the other woman in the picture. And if you are looking for women 5-20 years younger than you, I'm not sure she looks like she's in your age range, even if she is. She looked more like a colleague. You could always go with an older partner just for photos if you'd like to high light your dancing. Have you considered cropping some pictures of you in competition. Something tells me the professional photos from there would be really good.

My objection to them was they were blurry. And blurry tends to add 10 years to someone's facial features. (Yes, this is true of everyone.) In other pictures you look much younger.

Good thought. The pictures were from rehearsal in Vegas a few weeks ago. The show actually happened last Saturday at Beyond the Star's Palace theater at Glendale, CA. I will get the video recording of it, so I am sure there will be some frames out of it I could use. I have been asked to perform the same routine in April, so I will make sure to bring my Nikon for someone to take pictures as well.

And make sure that any photos you have of your dancing partner, that she is ok with being on a dating website. It's only right to ask her permission.
This is a good idea but it is also acceptable to blur faces of other people who are in a group photo.

You removed your photos so I can't speak to them directly.

However, a few words about the type of photos that these were. As I recall you teach and demonstrate dance therefore it would be natural that you would have a photo or two of you dancing with a partner. Caption is key here, you need to identify the association that you have with your dance partner, i.e. student, demonstration partner, other dance teacher, etc. Along with this you need to have something in your profile about you teaching dance, I am sure you do this already.

As with any photos they should be clear and of good quality. For a dance photo, if you know a good photographer they could get you a shot showing your face clearly yet also showing movement in arms or legs or the swirl of your partners dress.

Just want to clarify, I do not teach Tango per se, though I have participated in demonstrations and shows. Tango is a pretty serious passion (~1000 hours/year of dancing), but it is an expense, not a source of revenue.

Great, I gather it is Argentine Tango, not ballroom Tango?

I'll give you a shout next time I am in Houston to visit my son.

Yes, Argentine. It's fascinating; the learning process is so much different than I expected.
