I've tried several times to upload my (VERY appropriate) photo but I keep being told it's not approved...but not why it's not approved. What am I doing wrong?

Did you read the guidelines? I only got "not approved" photos early on, and generally it was for including too many others in my photos. They tend to prefer photos where you are the primary focus, and they seem to dislike paintball.

eHarmony What are your photo posting guidelines?

Okay - I figured it out. But my profile is still only 96% complete...how do I make it 100?

I'd ignore the percent thingy. Mine was only 75% or 85% complete and it didn't stop me from getting dozens of dates.

Most likely you didn't pay for RelyID or fill in all the "Something to Talk About" bits.

No, it's probably sizing. I had that problem too. eH has the requirement that photos be at least 2 inches square. If you have a program that can edit photos, check the measurements or double or triple the size of the photos. If you don't have a photo-editing program, you can download one. Google "GNU Image Manipulation Project" aka GIMP - it's a free, no catch, no virus clone of Photoshop.

If you fill out every section of your profile and have at least one photo and have answered all of the Something To Talk About questions you will be at 95% complete. The last 5% is paying for the extra and worthless RelyID.

If you do have 96% complete that would mean that you did get the extra RelyID and that you probably have not completed all of the Something To Talk About questions. Something like it asks for you 4 favorite foods and you only checked 3.

Your matches don't see the percentage that your profile is complete only what is actually in your profile. If you are a guy the two most important things (in order) is that you are tall and you look good in your photos. If you are a woman the most important thing is that you look good in your photos.

The completion part is meaningless. In my dead profile its at 70%...why?....When I set up my profile it was before they had those lists for you to selct bands, movies, books, and sports you like and you pic the icons.

There is something in your picture that is getting flagged.


You didnt pose in that french ad picture of children on a beach that had a naked man in the distance?
