I've used eharmony in the past (and found my most compatible, if ill-fated relationship) and had more matches than I could communicate with. Now I'm giving it another shot a few years later but I'm still basically the same person. I retook the quiz, and now I have NO MATCHES. Not one, after weeks. I have a 95% complete profile and 4 photos, but nothing.

I don't think I'm being too stingy with my match settings... the distance is set to anywhere in the world! Also, my drinking setting is at many times a day. I won't compromise on no full time children in the home or smoking more than a few times a year. (That wouldn't be fair to my matches since I know I don't want that.) Maybe men my age (28) without children are getting more rare, but I don't seriously believe there's not a single person in the entire WORLD on this site compatible enough with me to match.

When I try to use the in-site help feature, all it does is ask me to log in (when I already am logged in) and then when I do, it just reloads the log in page. I've tried 3 different browsers (google chrome, firefox and ie). I can't tell you how frustrated I am.

What is going on? I just want to find my husband.

1) It's good you have wide settings , but better to put them realistically, say 60 mi. from your zip or a larger city near you zip.

Also the age settings...put 26-36. As far as smoking / drinking also set this realistically...and not only in what you want, but how important and your own settings. You can tweak the kids settings a bit to say OK for want kids..this is different than has kids. It takes a couple of days after resetting to deliver matches within that criteria.

2) Eh site is having serious log-in issues since the free communication weekend began advertising..which still do not work..and the help link is defective as well. No browser / OS works with it..... they are focused on launching their mobile apps and have rendered the PC version useless.

3) I hope you profile doesn't say this!
Good Luck...

Might want to call their customer service number and ask them to look into this. Seems like your account is stuck in a technical glitch of some kind. You are correct that it's impossible not to have a single match in the world. Also agree with wiseman that you should make your setting realistic and go for quality over quantity. Still, you should get roughly 7 new matches per day.

I only put worldwide as my area to see if I could get any matches at all. My age range is 26-38. No my profile does not say I want to meet my husband, ha!

Where do I find the customer service number?

Phone: (800) 951-2023 Available 4:00 AM to 10:00 PM Pacific Time 7 days a week

And I had a devil of a time finding this information. They really don't want to provide Customer Care

Your experience does not seem normal.

I would recommend making your settings to what you are really willing to accept. Setting your distance to very large distance, such as worldwide, does not actually help you to get more matches. You will still only be matched to people who also have your location in their distance setting. Few people are actually willing to do a LDR.

No, they really don't. Thank you so much for finding it!
