It's been a long time since there has been one. I wonder if they're ramping up for another month long partial event where OC is not available to NPMs?

The only ads I have seen on TV have been the usual Review Your Matches for Free ones. But they don't usually run the FCW or FnCE ads until the week that the event begin. If there is going to be one it would more likely be over the New Years weekend than over Christmas weekend.

There have been 2 FCWs during all of 2011. The last one was over the July 4th weekend. If I recall correctly the only FnCE was during the month of February. What this tells me is that despite eHarmony's claims that paying members contacting non-paying members causes said NPM to then pay so they can communicate is all a myth in the minds of management.

I was just told that there is a Free Communication Event comming by end of December by customer service.

Ah, I don't think I'm even gonna bother this time. The last 2 FCW's resulted in one match each who made it through to OC, and I gave both my outside email address - and they both poofed after exchanging a couple of emails. It's not even worth the effort to turn matching back on.

Usually hese are done over new years weekend not Christmas...unless it's for 10 days or so.
