The one thing I am most passionate about: I'm passionate about both my job and politics. I love my job-I love being apart of creating memories for peoples special events. I also love politics. I like knowing whats going on in the world and being a part of a process that helps elect our leaders. I'm currently helping to campaign for Herman Cain. I'm worried about the future of our nation and I'm not sitting idly by. I'm not politically correct. I have to also add that when I was in middle school I felt a very strong calling to the mission field. Life has changed and faded that dream, but I am open to God calling me into the mission field in some capacity.

The most important thing I am looking for in a person is: I don't have a long list of qualities I want in my future mate, I feel like that's me trying to do God's job. However I know that I need someone who is mentally and physically strong with a moral compass that matches my own. I am a very strong and capable person, he must be at least as strong and capable as I am for me to even be attracted to him.

Basic Information

Occupation: Cake Decorator Age 24 Height 5' 10" Wants Kids: Yes Kids at Home: No
Ethnicity White, non-Hispanic Religion: Christian Drinks: About once a week Smokes: Never

The most influential person in my life has been:

That's a tough one, I have had a copious amount of amazing people in my life. My Grandmother was an amazing woman and I learned through her how to love someone and accept their flaws.

The three things which I am most thankful for:

  • The opportunity to be back in school.
  • My relationship with Christ.
  • My Family.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me:

At the risk of sounding emo, I would like for people to notice I'm not as strong as I portray myself to be. I'm very good at appearing like I'm not the least bit vulnerable.

The things I can't live without are:

  • My dog
  • My Cell Phone
  • My Car
  • My job
  • Friends/Family

The first thing people notice about me:

My innate leadership skills and responsibility.

Some additional information I want you to know:

I happen to be fluent in both Pig latin and sarcasm. You know you're jealous =) I'm also just coming off the bench and putting a toe or two into the dating pool, so be nice.

I typically spend my leisure time:

I love taking my spoiled rotten dog hiking, hanging out with my friends (We happen to be pretty hilarious if I do say so myself!), and I love exploring new places and foods.

The last book I read and enjoyed:

To be honest, I haven't read in a while which makes me sad. I love to read. But I will tell you about the first book I ever read that made me feel like an "adult." It was called "The Lottery Winner" By Mark Higgins Clark. I read it over the summer at my grandparents house before the 6th grade. I've been hooked on her ever since, and it's been something I've been able to share with my grandmother.

You have three distinct things here. It would be better to choose either your job or your political activities and focus on that. You can still end with the mention of mission work if you want if you tie it into what your main passion is.

The most important thing I am looking for in a person is:
I don't have a long list of qualities I want in my future mate, I feel like that's me trying to do God's job. This is OK but a little tweaking could make it better.

Kids at Home: No
Ethnicity White, non-Hispanic

This is OK but I would like to see an expansion on how your grandmother shaped your life.

This is OK.

The things I can't live without are:

  • My dog (what kind???)
  • My Cell Phone
  • My Car
  • My job
  • Friends/Family

The first thing people notice about me:
My innate leadership skills and responsibility.
This is OK but I would like to see more explanation on how you are a responsible leader.

Some additional information I want you to know:
I happen to be fluent in both Pig Latin and sarcasm. You know you're jealous =) I'm also just coming off the bench and putting a toe or two into the dating pool, so be nice.

This is where you can really shine. This is where your matches are going to get the best view of your life style and how they would fit into it. You should expand on this some.

The last book I read and enjoyed:
To be honest, I haven't read in a while which makes me sad. I love to read. But I will tell you about the first book I ever read that made me feel like an "adult." Did you mean Mary Higgins Clark???
This is good.
Comments above in red.

Stuff in BOLD purple are corrections.

Generally you have a pretty good profile going here. However, you have mentioned something religious several times. This is likely to be a turn off to most of your matches, including strong Christians who may be exactly the guys that you are interested in attracting.

I would also be careful in mentioning your political NGO cement.

If that is how you see yourself ver the next 20 years being a volunteer for one party in elctions...then mention it...but if you think of yourself as more ndependent thennstay off the subject because by referencing your political views you will cut 50% ofpotential matches out because of politics.

The political views gives the reader an avenue to draw their own conclusions and excuses for not dating you. The same person who rejects you now would likely not reject you had you gone on a few dates before talking politics.

Thank you Gr8gyun2008 I appreciate your feedback and incorporated some of it into my profile.
ami-Thank you for your feedback but I will have to respectfully disagree. I can't think of anything in my life that I have been more passionate about than Herman Cain's nomination. Why would I not put this as the answer? And I don't identify with any particular party-just candidates who I feel best represents my beliefs.

You missed my point.....religion and politics can skew results when it comes to dating site. People viewing profiles are looking or an excuse not to date me one...politics and religion are an say out.

A couple mentions of religion screams you are a religious fanatic so even someone who does go to. Church isn't nrerested in that. Thecsame holds for politics or causes that some believe in and some don't...an example are animal rights.

Only talk about this stuff if it's really really important to you and you want someone who shares this with you. If you do this then it shrinks significantly your potential dating pool.

I am not talking whether your views are right or wrong..just the few of someone looking at this profile and deicing to date someone.

Even someone who shares the same views as you are more to themselves in these areas and may back off from talking to you because it turns them off.
