Hello. Before I start I'll mention that I'm a paying member. I received a communication request, and I was able to answer her first 5 questions. However, when I tried to send my questions, I got the following message:

"We apologize for interruption to your service, but an error has occurred.
You can help us better understand why this happened by sending an email to errorsupport@eharmony.com and explain exactly what you were doing before the error occurred.
You may want to try again using the back button on your browser menu or click the link below.
Proceed to My Matches "

Of course I did send a request for help to the email above, and through the website, but so far no replies. Has anyone here seen this before? Any ideas? Could it be she's not a paying member?

Hey there!

This is something that has occurred on our site before, and generally gets corrected pretty quickly. It's no indication of your match's account status. If you want to PM me your account email address, I can take a look at the status of your inquiry?

I've had this happen to me once during first email exchange with one match. Techs emailed me back saying that my email is corrupted (although it wasn't clear whether it's the case for this one match or the whole thing) and had to reset it. It was all fixed within a couple of days, although I did lose the first round of emails from that person. It did not seem to affect other matches.
