If you are a non-paying member but are interested in pursuing matches on eHarmony if and when there is an actual FCW then you certainly don't want to have matching turned on during a period when you can't communicate. I would recommend turning matching on no more than a week before a FCW and the ads announcing a FCW don't usually appear until a couple of days before the FCW begins.
