It sounds like you assumed she was a "rules" lady without actually confirming it.

Presumably you are paying for the service, why not get to open communication with her and find out more about her? People change over time, but don't always think to keep their profiles up to date.

True but I often have room to drop people off the communication list (as I don't struggle to get women to talk to me) so I decided to close her and just continue talking to the two I have in OC right now.
