The one thing I am most passionate about:

I am in grad school right now and I love what I do. I am very lucky to be in the situation I am and to have such a great research and work place.

The most important thing I am looking for in a person is:

I think the best relationships happen when your partner is also your best friend. I am looking for someone to who I will laugh and enjoy spend time with.

The most influential person in my life has been:

My high school internship mentor influenced my life the most beside my parents. She guided me down the career path I am on now and has been a great friend. She not served as a mentor for my career, she as gives some of the best life advice.

The three things which I am most thankful for:

My group of friends.
Great family.
Being in grad school.

Three of my best life-skills are:

Understanding local, national, and world events
Using humor to make friends laugh
Achieving personal goals

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me:

I am reliable person. That is something that you don't realize about a person until you get to know them for a while. I am punctual (even though my best friend is always late) and I always look out for my friends. When people need a favor, people know I will follow through.

The things I can't live without are:

Coffee
Pandora Radio
Milk
Contact Lenses
Orbit Gum (spearmint)

The first thing people notice about me:

People probably notice my laugh or sense of humor. My friends and I are always cracking jokes.

Some additional information I want you to know:

I joined this site to meet people outside of grad school. I like meeting new people, and while I have a great group of friends, I would like to date someone outside my current social circle. I think you should message me if you something caught your interest.

I typically spend my leisure time:

Most of the time I am working on my photography, biking, finding new music. I try to take advantage of my AIC membership as much as I can. I am always looking for new places to explore around Chicago. Still searching for that perfect bar.

The last book I read and enjoyed:

Catch 22. It was just a great humorous classic read.

My friends describe me as:

Dependable
Intelligent
Hard Working
Outgoing

Thanks for your help,
George

My thoughts:

As a girl with a Masters degree, I have encountered TONS of men who think "grad school" means they graduated from high school. I think you would benefit from elaborating on your degree program and why you are so passionate about it. "I am currently in grad school and will be finished my MSc in Chemistry next spring. My dream is to work for a pharmaceutical company and help find the cure for cancer." I highlighted some very off-putting spelling and grammar mistakes in red; show off your education by proofreading your profile.

I underlined a sentence that seemed weirdly bossy to me. There's no need to tell someone they "should" message you.

If people first notice your sense of humour, show it off in your profile! Make me laugh!

I liked your advice about elaborating on what I am doing in grad school and my plans for afterwards.

Appreciate your help.

It is easy enough to read your profile and know what your saying and miss those little mistakes!

I am in grad school right now and I love what I do. I am very lucky to be in the situation I am and to have such a great research and work place. A previous poster gave you advice here that is good.

The most important thing I am looking for in a person is:

I think the best relationships happen when your partner is also your best friend. I am looking for someone to who I will laugh and enjoy spend time with. I am looking for someone with whom we'll laugh often and enjoy spending time together.

The most influential person in my life has been:

My high school internship mentor influenced my life the most beside my parents. She guided me down the career path I am on now and has been a great friend. She not served as a mentor for my career, she as gives some of the best life advice. List one bit of her advice that would subtly apply to a relationship with an eH match.

The three things which I am most thankful for:

My group of friends.
Great family.
Being in grad school. Repetitive.

When people need a favor, people know I will follow through. . Make the last sentence sound like people depend on you (and YOU choose to follow-thru) rather than you being a doormat for others. "Reliable" isn't the right word... try something like: I come through for others.

I like the part about you having a best friend who is late. This shows that you are flexible with others. However, the word 'punctual' sounds awkward/too formal here. Switch it to something like "I get places on time (even though my best friend is always late)," or "I'm usually run right on time (even though....)"

The things I can't live without are:

Coffee
Pandora Radio
Milk really? if you have a one liner to add detail, it would be better; 'Milk - does a body good!' (this is an 80's pop-culture thing; just an example)
Orbit Gum (spearmint)

The first thing people notice about me:

People probably notice my laugh or sense of humor. My friends and I are always cracking jokes. Make sure this comes off as witty humor. A quick funny example would be great here.

Some additional information I want you to know:

I joinedthis siteto meet people outside of grad school. I like meeting new people, and while I have a great group of friends, I would like to date someone outside my current social circle. I think you should message me if you something caught your interest. Wordy & repetitive

While I have a great group of friends, I'd like to date someone outside of my current social circle. Can't wait to get to know you!

I typically spend my leisure time:

Most of the time I am working on my photography, biking, finding new music. I try to take advantage of my AIC must be a Chicago thing - never heard of it membership as much as I can. I am always looking for new places to explore around Chicago. Still searching for that perfect bar.

The last book I read and enjoyed:

Catch 22. It was just a great humorous classic read.

My friends describe me as:

Dependable You've already mentioned Reliable, so pick another one.
Intelligent
Hard Working
Outgoing

Thanks for your help,
George
Overall good profile. Have many photos of yourself in various settings. The photos should create a story of your current life. Best wishes.
