Got this question from a match today. Realized I've gotten it several times before and wondered why people ask that question.

Anyone with any insight? I want to hear everyone's take, but of course I'm particularly interested in the point of view of guys who use this question.

If you ask this question, what's your reasoning?

A: Yes, I generally dominate most social settings and relationships.
B: Although not always dominant, I am often taking the lead in relationships.

I would guess the people that use that question have someone in their past who was either overly dominate or overly submissive, and they are using that question to exclude those types.

Or it is someone like me, who cannot deal with a submissive partner.

How in the world did you get this thread to post? Every time I use the long word for 'sub' I am modded, including in my response just now.

I have at times wondered if this question isn't the guys' idea of some sort of proxy question on bedroom antics.
