I'm pretty new, but how do you nudge someone that hasn't responded? Is this feature available even anymore?

As far as I know it is still available. But you have to wait 7 days from when you sent the last communication for the Nudge button to be available. After 7 days a box will appear under where the photo is displayed that says that it has been more than 7 days since the last communication and there will be a Nudge button there. You just click on that button and your match will be notified that they need to take action.
