Start by uploading an eH Advice profile pic. Then you can upload other pictures to your eHa profile albums. Those albums on your profile are visible to others, if you designate.

You can also include them in the post "body" by posting them elsewhere (flickr, photobucket etc.), and using the image icon on the post to include the url to the picture.

You can also put your photos on PhotoBucket and then put a link in a post.

However, I think I like 3GIG's suggestion the best.
