I just signed up for eHarmony 2 weeks ago and it shows every single match (60+) as being Active Today, every one, every time. I'm assuming that's not typical because my friend's who subscribe do not have the same issue.

I have also had for the last 5 days no "views". Except for one person who I was matched with over a week ago. Seems unusual for matches who were all active today and who I viewed to not have viewed me when this wasn't the case before (I get 7-8 matches a day).

In anyones experience, has a "bug" like this happened to random individuals and can it be fixed? Or should I just cancel my account? Or is the above described situation actually typical?

Thank you

Sounds like a bug and yes its typical on eH..

eH has more bugs than a refurbished mattress factory..

I wouldn't be so concerned about active and views.. The only thing that truely matters is replies..
