Hi,
I have been on here for a few months with minimal communication, any advice is appreciated!

The one thing I am most passionate about:

My faith- it is something that is just a part of who I am. My friends and family- I can't imagine life without them! Concerts- I love live music, and I really enjoy Christian rock, I love worshiping with all those other people. The Mets- hey, it takes loyalty to be a Mets fan! Animals- there is nothing better than how excited my dog gets when I come home!

The most important thing I am looking for in a person is:

A strong faith and a great sense of humor. I want to find someone who knows who he is and what he believes, but acknowledges the need to keep growing. Someone who enjoys life and knows how to laugh at himself.

Occupation: Health Insurance, part time youth worker
Age 26
Height 5' 7"
Wants Kids: Yes
Kids at Home: No
Ethnicity White, non-Hispanic
Religion: Christian
Drinks: About once a week
Smokes: Never

The most influential person in my life has been:

My grandfather. He taught me to be giving and to care more for other people than for yourself. He is someone who would actually give you the shirt off his back.

The three things which I am most thankful for:

My family- they are loving and hilarious, and always there for me.
My friends- I can count on them in anything, they make my life fun!
My Savior- I am thankful that he loves me despite myself.

Three of my best life-skills are:

Sharing my beliefs through teaching, participation, and example
Being a good friend and companion
Finding pleasure and contentment in simple things

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me:

That my sister and I are two different people! Apparently we look a lot alike, so people confuse us all the time. Really, I wish that people would notice that I care deeply for other people. My sarcastic sense of humor tends to mask my concern.

The things I can't live without are:

My family
My friends
Music
The Mets
Books

The first thing people notice about me:

I tend to joke around and be sarcastic. I am outgoing and a little loud, and I like to talk to everyone and make them feel welcome.

Some additional information I want you to know:

I am completely random, and I think of life as a lot of fun. I am very close to my sisters, we tend to do a lot together. I love traveling, and want to see all 50 states. I have more than half down, including Alaska and Hawai'i. I'm happiest in jeans, a t-shirt and flip flops. I love the spring and early summer weather!
My interests
I typically spend my leisure time:

I love going to concerts, especially Relient K, Hawk Nelson, and Switchfoot. I am a Jersey Girl, so I love the Shore. The North Shore of Hawai'i is my favorite spot though, specifically this little rock beach of the side of Kam Highway- best place ever to watch a sunset! I love the Mets and the Giants, when there is a game on, I am probably watching. I like to go on random road trips, whether they are a few hours or a few days. I enjoy reading, mostly mystery novels and books like Blue Like Jazz. I also love movies- Netflix instant is the greatest recent discovery I have made!

The last book I read and enjoyed:

I just finished the Chronicles of Narnia books. The symbolism in the books is beautiful. I wish that I had half the imagination of C.S. Lewis! My favorites though, are Blue Like Jazz and Dangerous Wonder. Donald Miller and Mike Yacconelli challenge me and make me think about my faith.

My friends describe me as:

Dependable
Easy-Going
Spiritual
Outgoing
