Aren't we looking for the right woman for us, and not settle for one whose main attribute is breathing, and will take you?
I'll pass along a little piece of anecdotal information that I learned after I'd been a member for a month or so (you're new to eh, right?)

The 'best' matches are the first ones you get, and the tendency of new members is to be really picky early on, so in a way we sabotage our chances by closing the best eh has to offer us. Not saying we should settle, but just be aware that the numbers and the quality will tend to decline with time (i.e. more 'flex' matches or those outside your distance parameters, etc). But remember the dating site mantra "It only takes one." (oh, wait, isn't that what the real estate agents say??)

This only makes sense if the EH dating pool is depleting faster than new people signing up at a large metropolitan area like Southern CA.

If I am closing the best EH has to offer me, than I guess the dating pool is pretty shallow.
