For the past month or so I've had problems viewing the site in Firefox. Same problem as previously, you'd get a blank page and have to hit F5 to refresh/reload the page.

I know FOR CERTAIN, that it is not the pc I am using as I have used Firefox on 2 other completely independent machines and it does the same thing.

It works on IE fine.

Also, tonight, something new has started happening. If you click on a matches picture to view them all then hit the >> button you get taken to the facebook login page!! The ONLY way to see the rest of the pics is to click on them individually.

Is there any chance these issues can be fixed? I really really dont want to use IE if I can at all avoid it.

EH is not Firefox compatible. Let me explain since I work in the web design and development field. EH doesn't care if it works in Firefox or not. You need to use IE or risk the site not working correctly. As a pure Firefox user, the fact that a site as large as EH chooses not to make sure it is compatible with multiple browsers is one of the reasons I no longer am an active member.

Seems to me eH used to work ok with Firefox, but lately it's been awful. I have a Mac and don't care to put IE on it. What about Safari?

So relieved to read I am not the only one having problems with firefox and EH. Sooo frustrating! If I see one more white page, I am going to throw this laptop out the window! I didn't have any issues with EH until they did the upgrade. I guess it is time to get safari... ah well...

Odd. I use F irefox (currently 3.6.3) on a Win7 machine and haven't noticed any of those issues, at eHarmony and eHarmony Advice (I couldn't tell from your post which site isn't working for you.

Could it be a plugin or add-in that is causing the incompatibility issues?

I use FireFox all the time and rarely have issues. When the blank page comes up I just hit refresh and all is fine. It's only happened twice to my recollection, and that was within the last few days, never before.

I use firefox on both mac and pc and have to do the blank screen refresh thing all the time on eh. As others are saying, it started fairly recently. I just thought of it as the latest in a line of a million weird eh bugs lately. I didn't realize it was specific to firefox. It affects me the same either way, because I'm not going to use IE for anything and I'm not going to open Safari every time I want to use eh. I don't imagine I'll be renewing my eh subscription if it isn't fixed along with many other things.
