I use Firefox on Windows XP, no problems (with eH and eHA)... beyond the problems everybody else has been experiencing in the past few weeks and that I have also experienced when using IE (Internet Explorer).

The only thing I found different is that when I use Firefox, if I PDF a profile (to save it so I do not have to click on it to revisit it as eH took away the anonymous view I remember having the first time I used eH three years ago)... so, when I PDF a profile in Firefox, it will add blank pages before and after the profile. Not a big deal as I am not actually printing, just saving.

Brilliant idea! I'm apparently grandfathered in with anonymous views, but if they ever take that away I'm going to use your strategy. Thanks for the tip.

Another FF user here. In fact, I don't even have the option of using IE - I don't run Windows or Mac, so FF or Chrome are pretty much my only options.

I have noticed the 'blank page' error more often recently.

I also used to have an error where it would give a "server closed connection" error whenever I was logged into OKCupid at the same time. I'd have to dump all my cookies, and re-login to eH to get it to go away.

Also note that with Firefox, on any platform, if you print to PDF sometimes you lose data... things are cut out. So if I really need something in PDF I pull out the work laptop, boot up Windows 7, and use Internet Exploder to print to PDF.

Firefox user here, I was having problems the other day. I simply cleared my eHarmony cookies and I haven't had any problems since then.
