We’d like to introduce you to your new eHarmony Activity Feed. Your Activity Feed, found on the Home Tab, lets you quickly see which of your matches sent you communication, updated their profile or posted a photo.

Your Activity Feed is organized into 4 categories:

• Communication – shows matches that most recently sent you a message

• Photo Updates – shows matches that recently posted a photo

• Profile Updates – shows matches that recently updated their profiles

• Who’s Viewed Me – shows which of your matches recently viewed your profile

The other thing to keep in mind – the act of updating your profile or uploading new photos will instantly get broadcasted to all of your matches. If you want a great way to get your matches to take a second look at you, update your profile or post your latest photos.

We hope these upgrades help you stay on top of your matches’ updates with ease.

I'm confused: I've had this "Activity Feed" you're describing since very shortly after I jointed eHarmony late last August.

What gives?

The same info existed just in a different arrangement...........problem is now closed matches are on it!.......

It might be more useful to have the option to set it to where it only shows updates for people who are either new matches or we are in communication with. To me, it's just clutter to see updates from people I have archived or closed.

I don't mind seeing updates from archived people - most of the time I archived people who didn't have pictures, so that can be a good update.

But there is absolutely no function to showing updates or picture changes for matches who are closed on both sides. They are closed, cannot be reopened, so it is an annoyance and serves no purpose - what is the point of a feature that has no benefit?

Not to mention that it's annoying to see updates about people who are closed for good reason - almost everyone in my closed section is someone I communicated with or met. I knew exactly what I was doing in closing and really don't care to see what they're up to on the site.

I honestly don't even see why we have a section of closed matches. What, exactly, is the point of that?

Excellent point - maybe a mutual close should serve as a permanent delete?

lol............"feature"......so diplomatic.....I thought is was an annoying glitch.......

Wondering if my pix and updates / phrase quotes are appearing in the "activity box" of people I closed / closed me like some obsessive weirdo.............

I can't seem to get rid of (closed) "Jane" , her pix, her updates etc.......remember "Fatal Attraction" where she just wouldn't go away?
