Attention iPad / iPhone users of our eHarmony app!

There's an update that will allow you to receive instant notification when you receive communication from a match.

You'll need to update your app from within the App store to get this new feature.

Wanted to make sure you knew

Hello Lori,

I have an Android Smartphone, usually when apps are get upgraded the update is sent to me and I don't need to go to the Android Store to reinstall. Is this not true with the Eharmony App?

So sorry I didn't reply to you, Henry!

Our team is working hard to bring the latest eHarmony mobile features to all of our supported platforms but at this time, we do not have a release date for this specific feature, but we will let you know when we do!

At the suggestion of my iphone 3G I downloaded the 'newest version' of the app yesterday and now when I try to open it up, it goes to the new page then instantly closes...I've tried everything, any help or advice is much appreciated! (Note if I remove the app and try to reinstall all my info will be lost)

I just downloaded the app to my iphone. I signed in up popped a couple of matches.

When matches check online, will they see that I was Active Today or do I need to login online to show as active? In otherwords, will downloading the app appear that I'm always Active?

Oh my gosh, I hope that makes sense!
