It's come to my attention that some folks have not been able to successfully complete a post report due to pop-up blockers on their browser.

Here are instructions as to how to allow our system's pop up report screen to appear for you, so you can report to us any violations of the Community Standards that you might observe on our Boards or in our Groups.

-Click on the Report Post button.

-You should see a new window pop up with a list of reasons why the post is reportable. If you see this, click it and then if you like, you can type in a message to us about the report (this is not required)and click "Submit". Then, your report will be sent to us.

-If you do NOT see a popup, look to the top or bottom of your browser window. You should see a notice that your popups are being blocked. You might need to click the Report Post button again to generate the notice.

-Click on the notice from your browser and it will open up a window where you should be able to add advice.eharmony.com to your list of allowed sites for popups.

-Then, try to report again - that should resolve the issue. If not, please PM me!

For those concerned about popup ads on our site, we do not sell popup advertising so there should be no negative consequences to adding us to your allow popup list.

Hope this information is helpful!

Best,
-Lori
