I usually tell women who want to go straight to open communication with me that I would prefer guided communication. I mean, the reason I pay for eHarmony is because it slows things down and makes people take time to thoughtfully answer questions. I have made a few exceptions.
I have only sent one woman an email right off the bat because I didn't know you couldn't go do guided communication at that point. We ended doing the steps by ourselves.
I wouldn't mind if someone emailed me. No one has ever started with it. But I find the first two rounds worthless anyway. Must Haves/Cant Stands. Yeah everyone has the same ones of those anyway. Start with the short answer questions would be better.
I usually don't do this, as I believe most people don't fully understand that the process can't be stopped in that you can't go back to GC, once you start...
