36 yr old divorced female

The one thing I am most passionate about: Creativity: There are so many facets to this one. Being able to change mid-stream if needed. Art, photography, movies, reading (would like to get into writing), just anything that demands thinking outside the box or using your imagination. And being the best parent I can be, that alone demands creativity

The most important thing I am looking for in a person is: Integrity...that covers most of it.
The most influential person in my life has been:

My friends, be it the ones that I have known for 5 years or 30 years they have taught me who I am and we have experienced so much together.

The three things which I am most thankful for:

  • For past experiences (good and bad)
  • Loving, healthy kids
  • My ability to adapt

Three of my best life-skills are:

  • Using humor to make friends laugh
  • Communicating my innermost thoughts and feelings
  • Finding pleasure and contentment in simple things
The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me:

That I can be more serious that I usually let on, I don't know if I need them to notice, but I think it's less noticed.

The things I can't live without are:

  • My kids (12 & 14)
  • Good friends
  • Travel
  • Affection
  • A smile

The first thing people notice about me:

My personality. Things don't get to me often and I usually have a smile on my face.

Some additional information I want you to know:

Love to spend summers on the beach, hitting local festivals or telling tales around a fire. Winter I'm more inside working on the house, playing games (cards, board, etc) and watching movies. I am loving the weather turning to Fall right now. I'm an odd soul that can fit into any situation. I'm looking forward to finding someone that I click with that can grow into a strong connection.

My interests

I typically spend my leisure time:

I have a budding interest in photography, I love watching movies (indie and foreign are my favorites, but love mainstream comedy too) and love to hit local festivals. Theater and concerts are fun also. I would love to find someone who shares some of my interests along with bringing some of their own.

The last book I read and enjoyed:

"My Life in France" by Julia Childs. After watching Julie and Julia I was really impressed by Julia Childs view of things and how amazing her life was and wanted to know more. It was an insightful book. I also just finished Harry Potter 7, I don't know why it took me so long to read the final book. I think I was afraid the ending of the series would be too sad. But was motivated to finish before the movie is released in November.

In general: it is best to fill out all sections and answer the questions as they are asked.

Also, it it better to mention a concept only once, or it sounds one dimensional or obsessive, avoid themes and repetition.

Try to use each section / question to highlight a different facet of yourself.

Always keep in mind that this is to attract and invite the reader into your life, so he must be able to picture being / doing something with you. And that you can make the time to do that

Overall good profile, and very nice sounding person
Some comments in red to consider for tweaking

State what it is you do that is creative, parenting should be left out.

The most influential person in my life has been:
They ask for one person, this is vague and says little

This was already stated above, anything else you enjoy that a guy could join you in, besides movies and festivals?
