Has anyone else not received emails from eHarmony in the past few days? They are added to my address book but I'm not getting my matches sent or communication notifications. I have to log-on to see them.

I don't get much e-mail notifications from eHarmony. I have not been getting any matches recently and have no communications going on. But I have been getting notifications the past few days as I usually do.

Just FYI the e-mail notifications usually lag your activity of new matches or communications. Sometimes the lag is short, of only an hour or two. But I have had the lag to be as much as a day late getting the notification. I log on frequently and don't rely on the e-mail notification to tell me if I have had some activity.

I haven't been receiving emails about new matches and communication either. eHarmony apparently doesn't know about the problem as I contacted them about the problem and they suggested something that it was my provider blocking the messages as spam etc.....

My first thoughts were along the lines of what Gr8guyn2008 said (about there being a delay) and what Cupid19 said Customer Care suggested: that the e-mails may be going into your spam/junk mail folder.

If neither of these explanations fit your situation, I still suggest you contact our Customer Care team through our Help link: eHarmony Support Home Page. They may have more ideas, and it doesn’t hurt to inform them, in case it’s more wide-spread issue.

Turn it on in your settings tab.
