I am in communication with someone & they are appearing under the new tab instead of the communicating tab.

I would suggest contacting Customer Care. The contact information is in the thread on eHarmony contact information on this board at the top of the thread list.

Thanks Gr8Guyn2008 -

That's exactly what I would suggest. eHarmony Support Home Page.

Good luck,

Don't waste your time, I contacted them about the same problem and this is the response I got...

I can understand your concern regarding your match XXXX and I'll be glad to assist you. I would like to inform you that when you receive a communication from your match, it might take some time to move to your Communicating tab. It may takes 1-2 weeks. Please rest assured as it will refresh on its own.

Should you have any other concern, please do not hesitate to reply back to this email and I'll be more than happy to assist you. Our Customer Care Email Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We look forward to helping you find deep, meaningful love because we’re eHarmony and love begins here.

ROFL @ 1-2 weeks.

That's so helpful. Thank goodness they have customer service

You should ask if they would recommend waiting that 1-2 weeks for the match to move to the communicating tab before responding.

My response said that once my match replies back, he'll move to my communicating tab.
