I have been a member of EH for just about 4 months now, and have had a good experience so far. I am 32, cute, and a pretty fun girl, if I do say so myself! Have met some nice guys in the process, and have been on a few fun dates. Am trying to make sure that I am using my profile to the best of its abilities! Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

The one thing I am most passionate about:
I am most passionate about spending time with people I love. There is nothing better than an amazing night laughing with friends and family. Whether we are doing something as simple as going for a walk, watching the Seahawks win, or eating an incredible meal, sharing new experiences and making memories with the people I love is what I cherish most in my life!

The most important thing I am looking for in a person is:
I am looking for someone that can make me laugh. Being able to laugh with someone (even if I'm laughing at myself) is such a great quality!

The most influential person in my life has been:
My Grandmother always encouraged me to live to the fullest and have fun! I try to remember her in everything I do. She was an amazing woman and the struggles she faced in her life inspire me to never waste a minute in mine!

The three things which I am most thankful for:
My incredible friends
My loving family
My optimistic outlook on life

Three of my best life-skills are:
Using humor to make friends laugh
Achieving personal goals
Maintaining a network of close friends

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me:
I am blessed to work with kids everyday and help them learn and grow (I teach 1st grade). But due to my job, I tend to have to be a "take charge" kind of girl. I am always appreciative when people in my life realize that my actual personality is sillier and more laid back than the "teacher hat" I put on Mon-Fri.

The things I can't live without are:
Friends/Family
Bailey, my crazy Australian Cattle Dog
Starbucks
My DVR
Good Sushi

The first thing people notice about me:
I am a fun loving, positive person. I would say that most people notice that I have a "let's go!" attitude. I am always ready to turn the most everyday experiences into an adventure.

Some additional information I want you to know:
I am hoping to meet someone who shares my same excitement for the little things in life, but is equally excited to tackle the big things! (And if you like Seahawks Football or Silvertips Hockey, even better!)

I typically spend my leisure time:
I live for weekends and I am blessed that a perk of my amazing job is having lots of time off in the summers. During that time off I love to go wine tasting, attend concerts, exercise my brain with a little bar trivia, walk my dog Bailey, get away for the weekend, pursue the perfect pair of shoes, and cheer for the Seahawks or the Silvertips (still haven't been to a Sounders game, but I totally want to go!). No matter what I'm doing if I'm sharing time with family or friends, I'm always having fun! When I do find some alone time, I love to read. I know I will make a dent in that huge stack of books on my nightstand at some point!

The last book I read and enjoyed:
A book that I really enjoyed reading recently was The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein. It's about family, racing cars, and overcoming a seemingly impossible situation. All set in Seattle, and all written from the perspective of the family dog, Enzo. LOVED IT! (And you might, too!)

My friends describe me as:
Funny
Creative
Caring
Outgoing

I like it; it would certainly pique my interest if I weren't twice your age and didn't live 3,000 miles away.

The only nit I would pick is to delete the word "same" from the phrase, "I am hoping to meet someone who shares my same excitement for the little things in life..." because of its redundancy.

Happy hunting!

A thought on one more thing that in my opinion, makes this a better-than-average profile: it's clear from reading it that you put a fair amount of thought into writing it, rather than simply "filling in the blanks" with minimal information as so many do.

To me, a profile that says a lot makes its owner stand out from the crowd-- in a very positive way.

Really one of the better written and filled out profiles. It reflects a lot about your lifestyle and personality. There are a few things that may be redundant or come off differently as you intend them in blue, my comments in red
Very good profile..Good luck
In general read over how many times any phrase or word is used:
"Friends and family" .. is there room for a man in your life since you mention over and over "friends and family"?

The paragraph explains the opening sentance

The most important thing I am looking for in a person is:

Again paragrph explains better than redundant opening

This could come off as bossy and telling him to color in the lines.

The things I can't live without are:
Friends/Family
Bailey, my crazy Australian Cattle Dog He will be attacked?
Starbucks
My DVR

Big things, little things who shares what they don't know about you?

I agree that it's a better than average profile. All the questions are answered and all the really bad cliches ("living life to the fullest", etc.) have been avoided.

But I think you can improve it a bit. The "passion" answer is not terribly distinguishing. It doesn't make me think "hey... this is someone I need to meet." I mean, everyone hangs out with friends, goes for walks, and eats meals. And "Spending time with people", "laughing", "sharing new experiences and making memories" are very vague, almost cliches.

The answers that always interest me most are the ones that talk about actual tangible activities. I should be imagine you sitting across a table, telling me about these things. I shouldn't have to ask "What do you mean?" or "Can you be more specific?". That's what I'd have to do with most of what you have written.

My other comment is that there is too much mention of "laughing". Surely there must be something more that you're looking for in a person.
