Zombie matches: can't archive, can't close

Another eHarmony glitch:

I have three matches stuck in my "New Matches" tab that cannot be archived, and hence can't be closed. No "archive" option appears in their match detail page, and the only active navigation buttons are "See Match Details" (where "Send A Message" notmally appears) and nothing where the "Archive This Match" option should be. So I can't do anything with them. I would like to close them as they are clearly not good matches for me.

Their status does not change. They remain "New" matches, tagged with "Introduction". They were delivered on 10/21, 10/22.

RUN UPSTAIRS! My Zombie Survival Guide says that most Zombie types can't climb.

And equip yourself with protection. I will get modded if I suggest what, but you've seen Zombieland.

I got a post removed yesterday because I suggested she learn to use punctuation. So I am being on my best behavior today.

Zombie matches ....lol... great and needed description for the kind of weirdness happening at the eH haunted home page.
The other one is "deadheads"...nonpaying members.

I have some of these as well and was just going to write CS about it.

It's too bad that in addition to the frustration of inactive, non-paying members who are not identified as such, Eh's recent changes make the service more work than it's worth to renew my subscription, despite the low, low price offers they keep sending me.
