I found a match on Eharmony. Turned off matching months ago. Yesterday I logged in to turn off the auto renew. It asked why I didn't want to sign up again, one of the options was that I found a match. So I checked that one. Yeah!!! Today I get an offer from eHarmony to renew again for the great deal I'm paying now. (Which, by the way, doesn't run out for four more months...) Their exact words were:

We noticed that you recently changed your subscription renewal settings and want to encourage you to stay the course! Once you find your perfect match, the extra time it took to find him will all be worth it. But you won’t know unless you continue your subscription.

So, what is it exactly they are trying to tell me...

Hi Charmed59 –

Thanks for saying something! It sounds like there’s a disconnect with the information that you gave and the offer to continue at a discount! I’m passing this along.

Please don’t break up to keep searching, okay?

All the best,

~Kate

Maybe as always, EHartakemymoney knows us better than ourselves and happened to found a better match that met the 30th dimension of compatibility!

Its all about the dough to eharmony. Finding "love" is secondary.

All businesses are in it to make money. Eharmony is no different I imagine. I would not worry about this glitch.
