Pretty good article.  The important part is to write your profile in a positive light.
I really liked the last paragraph.

Taken from the article:

SPARE THE DETAILS

Avoid putting unappealing thoughts into your match's head. For instance, writing, "I have acid reflux and if I eat the wrong thing, I could spend the night vomiting uncontrollably," may not be a turn-on!

Am I the only one that doesn't mind when people are honest about things like this in their profile? To me, it's not a turn off in the slightest, if anything it lets me see more of a real person there instead of just the generic fake front you so often see on dating sites.

I think the best way is to write the real thing about yourself and what you do. The secret is to be honest and polite in writing a profile. When you start being honest and being true to yourself, that's when people will accept you and like you the most.-SHEDS-
