Yesterday I set my eHarmony not to send matches.

Later the same day, I get a match. (Okay, maybe it takes time to update.

Today I get matches, also.

Sigh.

I think that they "pre-fetch" matches... a kind of a pipeline, so change/stop/start could take a day or two. I played with settings, like changing age or other options. Some are immediate, like distance, while others show up in results the next day.

I've never seen that (past the one or two that you mentioned). I'd say this calls for a visit with our Customer Care team: eHarmony Support Home Page. There may be something going on that they can correct. Or, if you let them know, it may help them to discover an error.

Well, it's been three days and today I got a match again.

I went to check it, and my setting was showing "Yes, send me matches" - even though I changed this.

So, I'll try again and see if it works this time.
