I am a female 44, Central Florida

The one thing I am most passionate about:
Having to choose a single passion I would have to say singing. Singing allows me to express myself in ways like no other. I believe there is a song for everything. I sing for happiness, I sing for sadness, I sing for hope and for love. When a particular song strikes me during an event or situation I like to create a recording to where I can let the music fill me and the words flow. I was born into music and it will always be a part of me. I love sharing my recordings with others who can appreciate the heart and soul that I put into them.

The most important thing I am looking for in a person is:
Honesty is very important to me as well as having ambition. A man with a very romantic, passionate, kind and loving nature. Someone that does not have anger issues or use recreational drugs. Being physically fit, health conscious, active and adventurous would be positive attributes. Willing and ready for a relationship that is true and lasting.

The most influential person in my life has been:
My daughter, she is fearless, adventurous and is true to herself. She has been very supportive in my continuing education towards my new career. She may be young but she is very wise and loving. She supports and shares my love for adventures and excitement in life.

The three things which I am most thankful for:
1. I am thankful for my children, they the light in my life.
2. For my parents and my siblings. They have always been supportive of me and my hopes and dreams.
3. I am thankful for every day that I have on this earth to be a better mother, daughter, and sister. To be able to accomplish and fulfill my 4. hopes and dreams because it's never too late to be all that you can be.

Three of my best life-skills are:
1. Creating romance in a relationship
2. Using humor to make friends laugh
3. Achieving personal goals

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me:
I am a genuine person so when people meet me, I am what they see. I have never been one to hide my feelings or anything about my personality.

The things I can't live without are:
1. My kids-They are my heart!
2. Exercise-My serenity, release, strength, freedom
3. Music-It's part of me
4. Water-The biggest part of my healthy lifestyle
5. Sunshine-warmth, comfort and beauty

The first thing people notice about me:
My warmth, outgoing personality and intelligence.

Some additional information I want you to know:
I was married only once for 20 years. Health and physical fitness are very important to me, I have lots of energy and I am very youthful. I have always wanted to meet someone who shared my interest in exercise and healthy eating.

I typically spend my leisure time:
I really love exploring different places. On weekends visiting a theme park, beach, nature park. I love being outdoors, biking, walking, fishing or just sitting by the water. Sunsets are my absolute favorite time of the day! Sometimes a day out shopping and then dinner and a movie!

The last book I read and enjoyed:
Stephen Kings Desperation. I just love scary stories and this one was really good!

My friends describe me as:
Physically Fit
Genuine
Spiritual
Romantic

This is one of the more well thoughout profiles I've read.. Just a few comments in red,
I am a female 44, Central Florida

A little wordy.. might consider cutting it down a bit on the fluff.. otherwise its good..

I would remove the part highlighted in green..its a negative and should be in your MH/CS, statements like that are usually ignored anyways..

The most influential person in my life has been:
My daughter, she is fearless, adventurous and is true to herself. She has been very supportive in my continuing education towards my new career. She may be young but she is very wise and loving. She supports and shares my love for adventures and excitement in life.

I always suggest people to expand on their answers here. but in your case you have a bit too much.. it makes it looked crammed.. plus its repetitive with all the hopes and dreams fluff.. shorten #2 #3 and #4..

Three of my best life-skills are:
1. Creating romance in a relationship
2. Using humor to make friends laugh
3. Achieving personal goals

Leave the past off profiles.. Also some of this is already in your what your looking for section.. so its a bit repetitive..

The health and fitness stuff is a bit over the top..I understand its very important to you, If you're looking to weed out the extreme couch-potatos and attract only the Lance Armstrong types.. then its perfect. just my 0.02 on that..

I always write that the "passionate" answer should give me an insight into what your life is like. But unless you work in the music industry (you don't state your occupation), you give the impression of someone who simply walks around singing all the time. And to me, that would just be odd.

It's also odd that the topic of music doesn't come up again in any of the other answers.

Your "most important thing in a person" is a long list. Narrow it down to one or two things.

Again, unless you really do work in the music industry, I just don't get a clear picture of what you're all about. There's nothing tangible and specific for me to identify with.

actually singing is my passion, I do sing a lot. I sing while I get dressed in the morn, sign when I'm driving, sing when I'm home. It was going to be my profession, but life such as it is works the way it wants to but I still sing. I was born and raised in a family of musicians. So even though I don't do it for a living, I would say I love it more than what I do and just about anything else I could do. If I had it my way, I would have been well known LOL

I do think I need to fine tune much of the profile, so I am taking all the advice in so that I can get cracking

I'm not sure how to work with the health and fitness stuff because I find it extremely important. I get sick when I see someone eating fast food, and can't understand why people don't exercise or put certain things in their bodies. I guess it's something I can weed out when I get a match. I know, it seems I'm a health freak, I guess I am LOL!!

The point I was trying to get across is; with so much mention of it.. is that appeats you might not be open to someone who isn't on the exact same level as you.

"It would be great to meet a someone who shared my interest in exercise and healthy eating, but it's not necessary"

The fast-food eaters and extremely out of shape people will know you are not a match for them..

I see what you mean

I'm so happy you helped me with my profile !!! I don't want people to think that I am shallow, because I am such a big hearted person sometimes it bites me in the butt!!! It's hard to carve out a profile that shows your true self as well as what you would like without sounding mean and shallow.

Again I appreciate your advice!!

I did not think that a couple mentions of exercise and fitness were excessive. To me they were drowned out by the comments about singing.

OP, if you are not a professional singer, then I think the discussion of singing really belongs under the "leisure time" question. On a par with exercise. But of course it's your call.

Mel.. I have to disagree with you on the singing..its a passion and she answered the question.. It shouldn't matter if she works in the industry of not..

You know as well as I do..it's far better than most the stuff we read...

like I said in my review, its a bit wordy and a lot of fluff, but the rest of the profile is good..I'm sure the OP will get a lot of requests.
