Anyone else getting emails from non-existent matches?

I'm receiving "eHarmony Match Requests Communication" emails but the matches don't appear anywhere in my eH account Ran searches and all -- NADA. Anyone else being contacted by REAL space-aliens?

Are you a paying member? When did the match request communication? Last week was an FCW.

I'm inactive (non-paying) right now. I got a communication on the last day of the FCW. I replied, but he never replied back. When I went to look at his profile, he wasn't in "New", "Communicating", "Archived" or "Closed". However, he was in "Communicating" on Sunday, 10/10, the last day of the FCW.

So, I think he could be in my "communicating" tab, but I can't see it, since I'm not paying.

Or, his account was closed out by eH.

So, if you are a non-paying member, you might not be able to see him.

Or, he's been closed by eH.

Or, he's a space-alien.

Could be delayed emails. At times, their emailing system is overwhelmed and notification emails could be delayed by days or maybe even weeks. So they could come from closed matches (blast from the past?

I've sometimes had to search for the match that contacted me. Sometimes they don't move from the New tab or the Archive tab into the Communicating tab. Did you look for them with the search option? Sometimes you are looking so hard for something you can't see it.

Yeah, I noticed it as well.

I can't remember the exact situation, but I think I Archived a gal
because I think she didn't have a Photo.

She initiated contact with me, and when I logged in, she did NOT rotate into my Communicating Tab like she should have.
Instead, she was still in my Archive tab.

This irritates me, not because of that Match, but because as a guy, I am usually the one that initiates contact.
If the gal had moved me into her Archive tab before I initiated contact, the odds are, if she can't find me in Communicating, she probably won't even bother looking in Archive.

(Now, you could argue that the mere fact I am in her Archive tab probably means the odds are pretty slim she would contact me back anyway... But still, it is a bug in the system, and it needs to be fixed!)

I've noticed some oddities lately, too. I think it was a couple of days ago, some new communications showed up on the "match updates" tab. I answered the message. Logged in the next day, and that contact wasn't listed on my "match updates" anymore! Yet he's still on my "communicating" tab.

So, looks like they updated something somewhere else in the software this week, and broke something else.

If this is the way it's going to be, then they need to add or adjust the drop down menus

Scott did you get the new interface yet?
