Hi I am new to the forum, and new to Eharmony. I'm having a problem getting a pic up as Eharmony keeps rejecting them. They have been on my FB, Myspace and even POF.

I know they are not too large of a file, and I resized as they are small....but no luck!!

Any tips?

Are they just not uploading or are you getting the rejection email from eH? Not sure if they say why is the emails or not.

If eH rejected them by email, then they probably don't meet some the guidelines.Take a look at guidelines 6 thru 12..

Thanks...I believe the email stated that they were too small, hence the re-sizing. But the same pic works on other sites with pictures so why not Eharmony?

It was just a straight up head shot.....hope i'm not that ugly!!!!

Hi Under_siege,

Photos that are "too small" are denied because we've found that both you and your matches tend to have a better experience if the photos are a size that makes your features clear.

If your photos are really tiny so that you're unrecognizable in them, you may want to post different photos.

However, if you think your photos are clear (as they've been accepted by other sites), you may want to contact our Customer Care team via our Help page to see if they can approve them: eHarmony Support Home Page.
