Unable to View Previous Stages of Communication?

Has anyone else had this problem after reaching Stage 4?

when your in the profile click on mailbox
Next in the blue box click on the stage you want to view..you can to view your matches and your own answers, as well as all the time stamps.

No I cannot; when I click on Mailbox, I am taken directly to the subscription page.

That's not good, are you using IE, try clearing out your cookies.. I have this problem sometimes trying to log in..

Also did you try this with another match?

This problem occurs with 2 of my matches; both of whom are matches that I have completed the first 3 steps of communication; I have read Neil Clark Warren's reminder page about internet safety that appears between the 3rd and 4th steps for both of this matches; eHarmony's system recognizes, therefore, that it is my turn to respond by sending an eHarmony mail, which I cannot do as a non-subscriber.

I have no other matches at this stage of communication, so have no valid comparison. With my other matches (who are in either stage 1, 2, or 3) I am able to view previous communication without difficulty.

Edit: This same problem occurs in Firefox and IE

If you are not a subscriber you can't progress to stage 4.

I'm aware of that. The problem is not my inability to progress to stage four. The problem is my inability to view previous completed communication; something that I have no difficulty viewing with my other matches.

Because you're to stage 4 with them it takes you to the subscription page to try to get you to subscribe. The reason you're having problems is because the system thinks you're trying to use the mail service as a non paying member.

You need to pay to get any further the "Free" event is over. The browser, cookies etc. is not the problem.

I've had this problem too. But only with a match that is no longer a paying member. His account expired and he did not renew.
I am guessing that is why I can no longer access our step 4 messages- there were several I would like to use for copy/paste.
Oh well..
