When I joined eharmony a few months back - I didn't know much about it and chose a random screen name. Now eHarmony doesn't let me change it from Edit Profile page. Is there a way I could change my profile name?

I also do not find any contact number I could talk to - I recently became a paid member and would like to have a customer care number I could reach out to should I have any question - such as the one above.

Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi akum -- I don't think you can change your profile name yourself, but call customer care 800-951-2023 -- they should be able to do it.

I changed my name too. I did contact customer service, but I also had Lori help me with it. I had my actual name onsite, and when she found out, she helped me out asap. If it takes a L....O.....N.......G time, that's when I would contact her. Or other VCL'S if you're friends/or not with them already. Hope this helps,

Yup.

Calling customer service used to be a joy, they knew their stuff and knew what to do in the system to fix the problems.
However, those days are past I think... The last few times I called, the help was not great.

I always hate bogging down the Admins here (Kate, Renee, Lori), as I am sure they are busy with other tasks, but they absolutely know the system and how to fix (or at least get in touch with people that can fix) things.

Yes, it is necessary for eHarmony to update your Single account if you want to change your name. I'm confident that Customer Care will be able to assist with this change without any problem.
