Is there a "new" eHarmony account interface?

I noticed someone mention having this on the boards here today. Is there a new account display? Or, is it just the app that has a new/different format (e.g., showing pictures of matches in the profile listing). It doesn't appear on my account, but then they don't always seem to update accounts of current users. (I'm not referring to the changes to the profile format made back in the beginning of the year that were discussed here in depth, but something more recent...).

So, if there is a new interface... for those who do have it, can you say what is different about it? Is it an improvement? Do you like it?

And, assuming there is in fact a new interface, does anyone know how one goes about getting the new display if their account still has an older version? Is it something that is just available to a chosen few?

I'll have to go check, I did notice they updated the sign in page recently..

Yes; and I'm ecstatic that I no longer have to view the same couple that had been on there for years...lol (although they are on the "offer" banner at the top of my account when I sign in -- dang it!).

Hi Neardc and TrekRyder10 –

While the apps do have a different design and layout, yes, there’s a new interface that’s still in the testing phase. The members who are a part of this testing group are currently experiencing the new interface. Other members can expect to experience it in the future.

I must say I appreciate all the couples, but it's fun to see fresh faces, too.

Thanks, Kate! I was afraid that it might be one of those things where you have to be a new member (or retake the questionnaire) in order for your interface to be updated. I'm especially anxious to see the change where thumbnails pics are associated with the match listing -- that will make it a lot easier to keep track of matches (and is a feature that we have "begged" for here for a long time...).

I know you probably can't answer this, but any sense of when the changes might be implemented throughout the site?

I no longer appreciated the couple on my homepage. At all...lol. I couldn't identify with them even remotely and I was so sick of seeing them (they were there for years) that I actually devised strategies to avoid viewing them...lol.

It looks like eH has followed another of our suggestions and is now featuring diverse couples. Why, there are even people of different ethnicities, and I'm sure I saw a couple over 50...lol! It's a big improvement. And, although largely cosmetic, it makes the site much more welcoming.
