I emailed someone and they approved open contact. But he did not reply to my original email. Any ideas how I should read this?

How long are we talking about here..a day-a week?

It's possible they missed the actual email, when you approve the OC request, the email is right there on the page and easily missed by most newbies..

They can't respond if they are non paying members but if they click accept it still tells you they accepted.

Exactly as below, and eH is having some free-trial type event this week, where, non-paying members can only up until it gets to OC (harmony mail)

if they don't respond - close them - it's as simple as that - no need to over analyze - it's not you - it's them!
