Can someone please tell me how you go about getting Rely ID. I've searched but haven't found any helpful information.

I went to find the link and found why you can't do this. It appears the link for it is not working properly. I will PM Lori, the site admin, and let her know.

FYI, there is a link on your homepage on the left hand side. It says "Verify Your ID". It should take you to a page to purchase this add-on. I clicked on it and was taken to my New Matches page.

Is this not available in Canada? You should be able to verify who you are no matter where you are. I have no "Verify your ID" on my home page.

I don't think it is.. I recall kate saying something about this.. I'll look through my threads.


Can I ask why you want it, I know it's not expensive but it really isn't that useful. It only checks your name and adresss and gives you that fancy logo on your profile.

I'm not really sure if I want it, but rather curious exactly what it does or what purpose it would serve to have it. Is it just to give verification to matches that I am who I say I am or what? I can't find any info on this.

Thank you Trek for digging up this information for me. I've read through it all, and have to agree with you that it isn't really useful. I'm still a little confused on whether it's available in Canada though. One section says it's only for the US, another says it's available to anyone with an eharmony account. Well, if it is, I won't be signing up for it.

Yeah I was looking to see if Canada was eligible, maybe Kate or Renee can chime in..

Personally I feel eH should make it part of the standard subscription. There would be a lot less fake profiles and sc am mmers.

Meanwhile, we just have to use the head on our shoulders to avoid them.

It's not offered in Canada because Canadians are too smart to sign up for this feature.... lol
