Sigh.. I just spent 2 hours writing a reply email to a girl, and when I hit send, it sent me to a page telling me to log in!! It timed out while I was writing the email... and I lost everything and the message was not sent. Very Very Very frustrating and now I have to re-do a well written reply that I spent 2 hours on.

My suggestion? Fix the damn log-out timer.. or give us the option to turn this feature off!

I guess from now on... I will have to hilight and copy my message before I hit send.. stupid if you ask me.

One things stated very clearly on the site is that it will auto log you out after one hour. I know it bites to lose something you worked on so hard and so long.

I would be a bit worried if someone took 2 hours to compose an e-mail to me, however. Either she asked some pretty tough essay type questions, you went TMI on her or you were penning some essay questions to her.

If it is taking two hours to write an email you are taking it far too seriously. However if you just like to write slow just right click it and copy it before you send it.

She asked several very general and broad questions. The whole idea behind email communication is to get to know the other person.. I think through my responses and try to give enough info but still leave it open ended. My response was only 4 short paragraphs. Beginning, middle, and end..

That's off topic.. my frustration still lies in the fact that I am paying for this service to communicate with others, and my communications are lost because of a minor technicality that could be easily fixed.

Add the option to "Keep me logged in"

DPC there's a sticky thread at the top of this forum for making suggestions to the EH development team ... you could put this there.
