Every time I go to the match settings it says: there is no recent match activity display at this time. Also it says on eHarmony that eHarmony will send me matches to my email. I never get the matches. I never can find matches on eHarmony. I would appreciate if you give me an answer. Thank You.

Before you contact Customer Care you need to look at a few things first.

First, how long have you been a member? A very short time? Like less than a week. Or a very long time? More than a year.

Your settings. Are they all set at the highest importance? If so, you need to look at them and consider which ones are not deal breakers. Distance, age, etc really do affect who you are matched with and how many are available for you to be matched with.

Also, you might want to look at your height preference. If it is at the highest level, you might be shooting yourself in the foot. Make it the least important. I had a huge improvement in matches when I changed this setting.
