For the first week, I was notified of new matches and communications from matches on my Blackberry. The last week and a half I have not received these emails so I have to go in an check to see when matches are responding. Has anyone else had this happen?

Welcome to eHarmony Advice and to our Singles site!

If you are still getting e-mail notifications, but just not to your Blackberry, one of our Tech agents advises that you check with Blackberry about possible spam filters which may now be blocking these notifications.

If you are not getting notifications at all, make sure that you've added eHarmony.com as a safe site on your e-mail account. If that doesn't resolve the issue, contact your e-mail provider to make sure they aren't blocking our e-mails.

Also, just wanted to let you know that these notifications go out in batches and can be sent a few days after you receive a new match or communication. Therefore, they should be considered as a secondary means of notification, and the best way to keep on top of new matches and communications is to log into your account.

I suggest ignoring the emails and logging into your account at least every other day to see what's going on. If you're active on the site you probably have things to respond to or new matches that often anyway.
