I have a few closed matches all with pics still there. The one match that I was surprised closed me as we were communicating (and I thought it was going well) no longer has a picture with his profile. Does this mean anything?

Why do you care about the photo if the match is closed?

I think it means you worry about the wrong things.

He may have recently entered a relationship and removed his pic as a way of assuring his new mate he is not actively seeking anyone else on eH.

He probably removed his photo because he is going to remove his profile soon.

I wouldn't worry about your closed matches. Focus on the ones still communicating with you and the ones you will be communicating with soon.

Yep he probably has either let his subscription expire or is no longer interested in the site for one reason or another and does not feel like having his information out there. Happens all the time
