Dear EHarmony,

Please give us a mass close button. I am developing mouse clicker finger from this new archiving system. If I archive a match, it means I'm not interested. Nothing will change, unless she wins the lottery. Please let us click a mass close button on the archived matches...my clicker finger is growing weary.

There is already a recent thread on this subject, the eH product team replied in it, but it never hurts to ask again...

A quick fix would be, the option to close or archive from the new tab.

It's quite discouraging, really (and, for now at least, the recent changes are a primary reason why I have decided not to resubscribe...).

Well, maybe with the monthly feedback threads started by the eH product team, they will hear us better than trying sorting through all the threads/posts.

When my subscription expires in July. I doubt I will renew, but my reasons have nothing to do with the recent changes. I don't have a problem with them, except the extra step it takes to close.

massive close thing would be nice cause all 95 people im communicating with have not communicated with me its fruesterating just close the match not leave me there going crazy having me nudge you every seven days before you close me this site has made me crazy and stressed and they took all my money blah

I think that the response by the Product Team in the thread referenced by TrekRyder underscores that the only people on the eHarmony payroll that listen and understand are Lori, Kate and Renee.

I will probably not renew my subscription when mine expires in July also. In my case it is related to the recent downgrade.

And to make matters worse, not only do they only seem to only hear what they want to hear, they're great spinning things around and blaming users. I guess I'd be swimming in women if only I retook the questionnaire. That would apparently fix all of the problems I've had with the various downgrades.

I just think that there was a big paradigm shift at eHarmony to stop really caring about the people that actually buy the product.
