Does anyone else have any 'orphaned' matches in their archived folder?

I have 1 in my 'Archived' folder (note: not in closed), that has a status of 'match is closed'.

I can view the match (we never begun communicating) but I can't get it moved to closed.

I did ask eh to get it moved out of there a week or so ago but so far it sits there and I can't do anything with it. A tad frustrating....

I have four of those matches and Customer Care has said that this is a glitch that's being worked on. I asked them to remove these matches, but they refused to comply.

In my case, there no closed button, there is no communicate button...it just says the match is closed. If you click on the profile, there's no option to communicate or close. All you can do is return to your matches.

Yes, this is the same as what I get, just a 'match is closed', no button to close.

Glad it's not just me!

Any of the mods have an answer on this one? Maybe a timeline when this feature...err...glitch will get fixed?

I'm sick of seeing these matches in my purgatory tab.

Hi MicMan, Vax72, and everyone –

I’m sorry that some of you are running into this issue. I think I may have seen this topic a day or two ago, was planning on responding, and then let the ball drop. My apologies on that.

I’m currently looking into the situation, so your patience is appreciated.

Thanks!

Just an update, here –

The Customer Care tech team reports that this is a known issue and that they are working on it. If you have one or two matches in limbo, you can contact us and the tech team should be able to get them closed. If you have many, it may take more time.

Sorry for the inconvenience, everyone. If anyone would like me to look into this, please send me a private message and I’ll see what I can do to expedite the fix on your accounts.

All the best,

Thanks Kate. I hate that it took your doing to actually get the tech team to do something about this when they should have taken care of then when I contacted Customer Care a couple of weeks ago. I guess it's all about who you know.
